HOW WE GOT HERE
Back in the late 1960’s, I was metal detecting in all of my spare time. That was back when we just took finding silver for granted. Then, for a few years, I was doing less detecting, and was chasing model airplanes and golf balls around. These days, thanks to many metal detecting Facebook Groups, my addiction to detecting has been re-ignited. Last year, while detecting, it occurred to me that I wish there was a way I could conveniently stand my metal detector upright while digging my target. With finding no such product, I decided to invent one! No more dropping my valuable metal detector on the ground or being tempted to use it as a crutch to stand myself back up. With QuickStand, I simply pull a trigger and the legs drop into position. Now, my detector is standing up, waiting for me to dig my next target. This is my second season using the accessory and wouldn’t want to be without it.
